Community radio

Hi,i am Basant Kumar Jha radio producer/trainer.Everybody knows that we all need communication.Now a days in metro city nobody can think that a medium of communication like radio can change society also.Now any one can ask that how?We have an adolescent radio program Kishorvani In Bikaner Rajasthan. We trained their some kids under 18 years after few month they can able to make their own radio program .They raise so many question about their own problems and they also solved so many problems.But the question is if we want to change society then what is the right way?we really want some changes?If kids can do then why not we?
